ALL BOARD GAME

About All Board Game

All Board Game is a place to work through the practical questions around playing tabletop games: what suits your group, how to explain a turn, where to put the pieces, and how to fit a game into an evening.

What you will find here

The articles cover getting started, choosing games, hosting, common mechanisms, playing together, care and storage, and solo or campaign play. Some answer a small setup question; others take a longer look at decisions that affect the whole table.

Using the guides

Examples that do not name a published game are illustrative. Games using the same mechanism can still have different rules. For a particular game, use the rulebook for your edition and the publisher’s current clarifications.

If you notice an error or an unclear explanation, send the article link and the passage in question to webmaster@allboardgame.net.
